The General Gymnastics program caters for children who are 5 to 15 years of age and promotes fitness, flexibility, coordination, friendship while teaching all the fundamental gymnastic skills.

Wushu ( translated Martial Art), have been created and developed for self-defence and survival throughout human history. Correct Chinese Wushu training improves physical ability, health, and willpower. It gives an individual an excellent method of exercise, and also becomes a personal art form. It is a competitive sport, and a basis for self-defence and sparring.
Training in the various styles of Wushu has been supplemented by modern knowledge of physiology and the health sciences.
Self-Defence Classes for men – Learn to increase your level of awareness in everyday life by learning exercises that will allow you to identify and avoid a possible threat in any environment. Self-protection skills and knowledge helps you avoid violent situations and prepare you for dealing with them when/where avoidance isn’t possible.
Self-Defence Classes for kids – This is not a scary course! Kids come out feeling like little super heroes who have a say in their own safety and well-being. They learn how to set verbal boundaries with a variety of aggressors including bullies their own age and strangers. They leave class understanding how to handle social cruelty, unwanted touch and potential assault and abduction scenarios.
Self-Defence Classes for women – The focus is learning self defence, skills on keeping yourself safe, body strength toning and fitness to get you in shape. Women who participated in a self-defence class felt they: had better safety strategies in place, were more equipped to deal with strangers, and people they know, in the context of potential assault or abuse. They felt healthier and stronger, and had more positive feelings about their bodies, as well as a boost in self-confidence.
